It's a comprehensive and integrated healthcare information management system used or designed to manage all hospital operations, as data and information are the basis of every healthcare intervention of different department and specialization. In other words, having a system that compile, organize and managed this gathering of data or information from the patients would be the same as disseminating this data or information throughout the whole healthcare institution, because of this the workflow of every department are connected to one another and efficient without any issue due to one management system are able to provide and get all the data and information needed for their purpose and responsibilities in providing quality healthcare.

Data Security is one of the growing issues in the Healthcare institution that continuously increase in cases in various hospitals or clinics, which are now being discussed by various organization on how to tackle and plan on fixing this problem. Especially, when the data and/or information of the patient is basically the foundation of the provision of healthcare and most important confidential, since it technically contains a lot of personal data and/or information that was trusted on us Nurses staff to never disseminate this without permission, even how bad and important the Data and/or Information in improving or restoring one's health. It's one of the nursing responsibilities that the Nurses must always keep in mind. The solution of this problem is a 3m range of privacy filters that would prevent other individuals to check the screen that contains the information of the patient at the side, which improved the security of data and/or information.

Creating a Healthcare Interacting Application is the future of worldwide basic health assessment, an application that can continuously collect biological, genomics, molecular, and environmental of subjective and objective data and to be recorded discretely and confidentially to be used to predict and announce the risk that can be reported immediately for the good of your health due to the abnormal signs or event to be given a self-care regimen or intervention as soon as possible for the prevention of further damage or deterioration. In addition, this Healthcare Interacting Application having a build-on emergency would also be very helpful, in case of an emergency while you're alone and isolated. Overall, a creation of this kind of application would be a monumental event and advancement of health on the basis of combining Law, Technology, and Healthcare.

The Personal Data that the society thought to be protected are in fact the opposite, as they're many groups or organization worldwide that gather this data in different ways or method, that we unknowingly consented or accepted those people to look and gather our personal data, while oblivious to the consequence or risk that was agreed upon as our data privacy is being disregard. Based on that issue, it was already proven many times in the world that Consent is an impractical, ineffective, and meaningless way or method to be use in protecting the individual and/or the society Data Privacy. This is why instead of focusing and fixing the consent via improvement, we must focus on the Stewardship of Data by ensuring that the data collected are being properly managed and being given to a trusted individual and/or organization with several and appropriate policy and requirements that shows that Data Privacy and Management is being highly regard.

WHAT STRUCK ME THE MOST - Based on the Four (4) videos that I watched regarding Law, Technology and Health in Balance, it shows the significant importance of these three (3) factors. Especially, when they're integrated into one and used to create a new and innovative method, application, or device that shows great promise to the advancement of several aspects that was though that can't be further improved or developed. From that I can already imagine, when they're finally introduced throughout the world as a new and innovative method in making life healthy, safer and more secure than ever. Excluding, the fact that Data, are something that can be easily accessed or gained on various ways or method are the specific part of the video that truly struck me the most, that it somehow terrifies me at the same time due to the possibility of my personal data can be misused unknowingly somewhere without regards of the consequence from the fact that it would likely befall on me instead of the fraudulent user.

What is the Importance of ensuring Laws are in place to make sure that the client will receive optimum care in this technology-led world?

The Importance of ensuring the laws is in place is to make sure that the individual and/or society data privacy is being properly managed and protected, as they're many ways or method that they can be stolen or checked underhandedly while being oblivious of what occurred. Even though that Data sounds nothing like an important factor, but in fact it's a very significant factor that a stolen data can be used to harm the individual and/or organizations via tricking or fraudulent. That's why laws regarding the protection of data are very important, and ensuring it is a plus for everyone that they won't be harmed in any way in this technology-led world, which is a world that's now easier, accessible and more efficient but can also be hard and dangerous depending on the situation.

An example, as long as everyone's personal data are being protected, everyone would be able to be given the optimum care or service that they can normally receive as it is from the society, compared to those who're branded with a criminal record that they didn't commit and falsely accused due to their personal data are being misused that shows the importance of Data Laws and Protection.
